Der Proband en Cuevana. As a test subject in a clinic, the unemployed Dominique takes part in increasingly dangerous tests in order to finance the dream he shares with his girlfriend Janine: their own house in the countryside. But while Dominique struggles with the physical consequences of the medical experiments, Janine slowly loses faith. A new car is supposed to save their relationship - but Dominique has to go to the clinic again for tests.
