As old family tensions flare, Katie receives ghostly warnings of a sinister presence on board. Tami is skeptical at first. However, she must soon face the truth about her daughter's gift and the darkness around them. Now, mother and daughter must confront their past and the paranormal before this deadly train ride ends.
